1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using LowCodePath (the "Service"), operated by Blue Skies Tech ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LowCodePath is an online learning platform for Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. The Service includes Copilot Buddy coaching, certification preparation, hands-on challenges, community features, and related tools.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Free Tier
The free tier provides limited access including diagnostic quizzes, 3 Copilot Buddy messages per day, 1 adaptive quiz session per day, 2 guided video searches per day, 2 AI learning guides, and community forum access.
Pro Plan ($39/month)
The Pro plan provides unlimited AI-generated practice questions, unlimited Copilot Buddy access, personalized study plans, spaced repetition reviews, and all premium features.
Team Plan (Early Access)
Team features are currently in private preview and are onboarded manually. Contact support@blue-skies-tech.com for early-access availability and rollout details.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
- Submit spam, abusive content, or harmful material
- Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Service without permission
- Redistribute AI-generated content as official Microsoft material
- Use the Service to gain unfair advantage in Microsoft certification exams
6. AI-Generated Content
Copilot Buddy and AI-generated practice questions are powered by Google Gemini and reference official Microsoft documentation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors.
- AI responses are for educational purposes and do not guarantee exam results
- Practice questions are AI-generated and are not official Microsoft exam questions
- Always verify critical information against official Microsoft documentation
- LowCodePath is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation
7. Community Content
You retain ownership of content you post to the community forum or template gallery. By posting, you grant LowCodePath a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Blue Skies Tech and protected by intellectual property laws. "Microsoft", "Copilot Studio", "Power Platform", "Power Apps", "Power Automate", and "Power BI" are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation.LowCodePath is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with Microsoft.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Blue Skies Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
